Центр развития компетенций в управлении проектами Высшая школа бизнеса (Высшая школа управления проектами) НИУ ВШЭ приглашает на серию бесплатных открытых пробных занятий по программе Executive МВА «Управление проектами» .

Шестое пробное занятие состоится в дистанционном формате во вторник, 01 июня 2021 года, в 20:00.

                                                           

Тема пробного занятия «Устойчивое управление проектами» раскроет часть дисциплины «Управление программой бизнес-трансформации» программы Executive MBA "Управление проектами".

Елена Лебенсбаум, директор по устойчивому развитию компании Time Equities Inc, Нью-Йорк.

Elena Lebensbaum is the Sustainability Director at Time Equities Inc., where she leads project teams and develops sustainability initiatives for a 3-million square-meters real estate portfolio.

Elena is responsible for developing and executing sustainability projects aiming to increase efficiency and enhance the client experience. Elena brings her expertise in technological innovations and environmental solutions to the development and management of commercial, residential, and industrial projects. In this role, she manages efficiency projects, sustainability certifications, carbon neutrality strategies, investor communications, and technological innovation implementation.

 Elena earned her first Master’s degree in urban planning and has pursued a career working within real estate companies. Before moving to the USA, she worked for development companies as a project manager, headed portfolio projects, and served as a director to manage residential and industrial development projects. While Elena administrated development projects, she continued her academic study by pursuing an MBA and graduated in 2013.

Elena received a post-master’s certificate in Sustainability Strategies from The New School (New York) in 2017 with an emphasis in innovations, environmental problems, and social and corporate responsibilities. 
    

Наше мероприятие пройдёт на русском языке, но будет носить поистине международный характер.

Nowadays it is more important than ever to understand that sustainability means much more than just environmental awareness. In the presentation, Elena will examine key trends such as investors demands, regulatory requirements, climate change, and adopting low carbon commitments. We will talk about the increased importance of the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) integration into investment decision-making and how it can improve performance and reduce risk. Additionally, Elena will provide some carbon neutrality strategies on the example of a real estate portfolio.
