Состоялся Круглый стол для выпускников Высшей школы управления проектами НИУ ВШЭ по теме «Практические аспекты внедрения корпоративной системы управления проектами»
Высшая школа управления проектами НИУ ВШЭ пригласила своих выпускников на круглый стол по теме «Практические аспекты внедрения корпоративной системы управления проектами» в традиционный для обучения вечер среды 5 сентября 2018 года.
В учебной аудитории собрались выпускники разных программ и лет выпуска Высшей школы управления проектами НИУ ВШЭ. Большой спектр программ обучения ВШУП объединяет в своих стенах специалистов различных отраслей, потому очень важно поддерживать профессиональные связи после окончания обучения, обогащая друг друга полученными знаниями и опытом.
Основное время встречи было посвящено выступлению Вадима Фёдорова по теме «Внедрение корпоративной системы управления проектами (КСУП) на примере девелоперских проектов»
Федоров Вадим Викторович - руководитель девелоперских проектов, выпускник программы «Executive Master of Business Administration (EМВА) - Управление проектами: лучшие практики и технологии для бизнеса» Высшей школы управления проектами НИУ ВШЭ. С 2009 Вадим занимается сопровождением проектов по строительству жилой и коммерческой недвижимости, для которого решение сложных управленческих задач — увлекательное хобби.
Второе выступление «КСУП с точки зрения пользователей: некоторые примеры из практики инвестиционно-строительной корпорации»
Султанов Тимур Алиевич - главный инженер проектов Департамента технического заказчика инвестиционно-строительной корпорации «БАРКЛИ», выпускник программы профессиональной переподготовки «Управление проектами: методология, теория, практика» Высшей школы управления проектами НИУ ВШЭ.
Третье выступление «ИСУП на базе опыта ГК «А101»»
Долина Ирина Юрьевна - Руководитель направления бюджетирования капитальных затрат ГК «А101», выпускница программы «МВА - Управление проектами» Высшей школы управления проектами НИУ ВШЭ. Объём текущего строительства коммерческой недвижимости составляет более 900 тыс. кв.м.
В конце выступлений выпускники поделились своим опытом внедрения и работы с информационными системами управления проектами в различных отраслях бизнеса.
Круглый стол прошёл в живой и непринуждённой обстановке с максимально практической пользой для участников.

The Higher School of Project Management of the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” invited its graduates to a round table discussion on the topic “Practical Aspects of a Corporate Project Management System Implementing” on Wednesday, September 5, 2018.
Graduates of various programs and years of graduation from the Higher School of Project Management, the National Research University “Higher School of Economics” gathered in the classroom. A wide range of training programs at the Higher School of Project Management brings together specialists from various industries; therefore it is very important to maintain professional contacts after graduation, enriching each other with the gained knowledge and experience.
The main meeting time was devoted to the presentation by Vadim Fedorov on the topic “Implementation of a corporate project management system (CPMS) on the example of development projects”
Vadim Viktorovich Fedorov - Head of Development Projects, a graduate of the Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) -at the Higher School of Project Management, National Research University “Higher School of Economics”. Since 2009, Vadim has been engaged in supporting projects for the construction of residential and commercial real estate, and his hobby is to solve complex managerial problems.

Timur Alievich Sultanov – Project Engineering Manager of the Technical Client Department of the Investment and Construction Corporation BARKLI, graduate of the professional retraining program “Project Management: Methodology, Theory, Practice” of the Higher School of Project Management, the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”.
The third speech, the “IPMS based on the experience of A101 corporation”
Dolina Irina Yuryevna - Head of Budgeting Capital Expenditures of A101 Corporation, a graduate of the MBA - Project Management program of the Higher School of Project Management, the National Research University “Higher School of Economics”. The volume of the current construction of commercial real estate is more than 900 thousand square meters.
At the end of the speeches, graduates shared their experience in implementing and working with project management information systems in various business sectors.
The round table meeting was held in a lively and relaxed atmosphere with the maximum practical benefit for the participants.
